I.Preface
This article is base on kitchen sinks below. Vistmac supply coiler, auto-feeder machine and shearing machine for cutting material, hydraulic press for deep drawing sinks and filter (Q304, thickness 0.7mm)and cutting and trimming edge(Q304, thickness 0.7mm). Polishing Machine for polish surface of kitchen sinks.

II.Solution Description
·There are four step to finish kitchen sinks.
·The First step, Cutting material, cut the sheet materials (Q304) by automatic feeder system and shearing machine(also can use laser cutting machine).
·The second step, deep drawing for 2 sink bowls by hydraulic press machine.
·The third step, stamping filter line of kitchen sinks
·The fourth step, cutting edge by hydraulic press.
·The fifth step , forming edge by hydraulic press.
·The sixth step, stamping and cutting drain holes by press machine
·The seventh step, cutting overflow holes in the side of bowls by press machine.
·The eighth step, drawing filter parts in water flow holes. There are 3 parts of it.
·The ninth step, polish 4 inside grounds of kitchen sinks.
·The tenth step, polish upper surface of kitchen sinks.
·The eleventh step, polish button of kitchen sinks.

4. Package: Steel tray case standard;
5. Shipping: FLC, 8x20GP, 3x40GP;
6. Warranty: 1 years
7. In Warranty period, due to quality problems, the seller is obliged to provide to the buyer with replacement parts at no cost to the buyer. Parts are transport by air within 25 kg, otherwise transport by sea. Transport is paid by seller. Damage resulting from improper use or miss-operation will be at the buyer's responsibility and the seller provides the components at a cost.

Coiler MT-1000 is used for load the aluminum coils. It’s equipped with hydraulic expansion shaft and binder arm. Please check it’s technical specification below.

VI.Technical specification of shearing machine
Shearing machine is used for cutting sheet steel Q304. It can be used with automatic coiler or used separately. It equipped NC controller system E21S to adjust the length of sheet plate. XI.Moulds
Moulds must be customized with the drawing. Here are some pictures for reference.
For drawing the two bowls, generally we need 25 seconds.
For moulds, generally each mould can make 500,000 pcs products at least. When knife of moulds is not sharp, we need Polished in special lathe.
