The whole machine adopts PLC control and AC frequency conversion speed regulation technology to achieve continuous automatic production. The main engine of the equipment is composed of an uncoiling and leveling machine, a servo punching mechanism, a roll forming host, a hydraulic cutting & bending mechanism (1 bending), a powered conveyor belt, a 2 bending mechanism, a hydraulic system, an electronic control system, etc.

The processing process of the roll parts of the equipment is completed by CNC lathes and other processing machinery, which effectively ensures the processing accuracy of the parts, and uses various process equipment and testing equipment to ensure the assembly accuracy of the equipment.
