1.Overall performance of the equipment

The thin sheet three-in-one feeding machine integrates material loading, leveling, and feeding into one unit, featuring convenient material handling, a small footprint, and simple operation. The equipment utilizes renowned servo motors and high-quality components and electrical elements from well-known domestic and international brands, ensuring high-precision feeding and equipment stability. The user-friendly operating system and advanced automatic diagnostic system assist operators in quickly mastering the machine's excellent performance; meanwhile, the high safety factor design extends the equipment's safe service life.

6.Introduction to the performance of the main components

6.1.Material dispensing rack

6.1.1.Function Description:The unwinding stand fixes the material roll onto the expanding and contracting section of the main shaft, and the support platform supports the inner diameter of the material roll. During automatic operation, the main shaft rotates intermittently to start unwinding through the control of the material ring. It includes the main shaft expansion and contraction section, the pressure arm section, and the material ring control section.

6.1.14.Material Loop Control: Roller-type inductive material loop control. When the material loop sags, the sensor provides feedback signals to control the start and stop of the unwinding rack, ensuring a sufficient and reasonable buffer loop between the unwinding rack and the leveling feeder.

6.2.1.Function Description: The straightening machine flattens the material surface and feeds the material to the stamping equipment according to the set length and speed.

10.Serviço pós-venda

1. The equipment has a 12-month warranty period. Lifetime repair and maintenance services are provided.

2. During the warranty period, if the equipment is damaged or components fail due to quality issues under normal use, Smart CNC will repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge. If the failure is caused by improper operation by the customer, Smart will only charge a reasonable cost for repairs.

3. In case of a malfunction,  guarantees to arrive on-site within 48 hours of receiving notification from the customer to address the issue(China market).

4. Spare parts will be provided promptly and at preferential prices according to customer requirements to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.
